Job Description:

**This is a temporary part-time or full-time position for the month of December with full-time hours starting in January. This role would be full-time in the office.**

Role Summary:

Billings & Collections is looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude who is willing to join a fast-paced environment.  The role of Cheque Administrator will be responsible for various clerical functions including logging of mail (cheques), depositing cheques and other clerical duties.

What will you do?

  • Data entry – process cheques and enter incoming work in our systems;

  • Filing and administrative duties;

  • Complete all work with high attention to detail and accuracy within preset timelines;

  • Communicate daily with internal clients

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bilingual (French and English);

  • Professional demeanor and reliable;

  • Solid ability to organize and prioritize;

  • Demonstrates initiative;

  • Strong sense of ownership;

  • Team oriented and service oriented with interpersonal skills 

  • Experience with Microsoft applications

Assets:

  • Knowledge of Group Insurance

  • Experience in a customer service environment;

  • Experience working in an office environment.
