Coordinator, Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team in the day-to-day coordination and administration of the recruitment process. As part of your role, you will collaborate with members of your talent acquisition team, your HR team and hiring managers to ensure and support a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers .

Take a look at what you will be doing each day.

  • Ensure that all job postings are posted and managed in a timely manner;
  • Support the review and screening of resumes;
  • Schedule interviews for the talent acquisition team and hiring managers;
  • Administer assessment links to candidates and ensure appropriate follow-up;
  • Facilitate and conduct any background and reference checks, including following up with our third-party vendor or applicants, as required;
  • Follow up and communicate with candidates as directed by the Talent Acquisition team;
  • Support candidate prospecting and all social recruiting activities;
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure all hiring documents are ready and completed prior to their start date.
  • Enter new hire information into HRIS (or other systems as required) including all related documentation;
  • Support new employee orientation and any related preparation materials;
  • Prepare and organize HR files as needed;
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process, production of reports and other documentation as required;
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable HR policies and procedures;
  • Manage and administer various databases (e.g. data entry, IT support portal, etc.);
  • Support the organization of regional campus recruitment activities and events;
  • Be a brand ambassador and promote CBI Health as an employer of choice online and all appropriate forums and events;
  • Support all other recruitment administrative tasks as required.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed

  • A university degree is required;
  • An HR designation is considered an asset;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administration and recruitment;
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team;
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task;
  • Strongly master interpersonal relations and communication;
  • More focus on details, proactive approach and knowledge of technology;
  • Proficiency in various computer programs (e.g., MSWord Suite, Outlook).
  • All team members must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or a valid medical exemption.

  • Prepare and organize HR files as required;

  • A superior focus on the details, proactive and tech savvy approach;
  • Proficient with various computer programs (eg MSWord Suite, Outlook).
