Customer Service and Administration Agent

Main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Fast and accurate data entry, minimum of 45 WPM
  • Processing customer Request for quotations
  • Collecting EDI releases
  • Creating Invoices, packing slips, Bill of Ladings, Customs documentation
  • Working with customer portals
  • Arranging pickups through carriers
  • Communicating with clients via phone, email
  • Dealing with any customer discrepancies or problems
  • Administrative duties including filing, general office work
  • Cross training with other customer service as backup

The ideal candidate have:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to maneuver through data base screens quickly.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years professional customer service with the ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Shipping/expediting experience would be very helpful.
